Welcome to the Arkema China Customer Portal My Arkema ("the Portal"). By using the Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Portal.

Arkema reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Portal constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Portal, you must register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete registration information

• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Portal for data collection purposes
• Uploading or transmitting any files containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful content
• Uploading or posting any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates the privacy of others
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Portal

4. Intellectual Property

The Portal and all of its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are the property of Arkema or its content suppliers and are protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws.

The Arkema name, logo, and product names are trademarks of the Arkema Group or its affiliates. These trademarks may not be used in any manner without prior written permission from Arkema.

5. Orders and Transactions

Orders and transaction requests submitted through the Portal are subject to separate sales contracts or agreements entered into between the parties. The Portal serves only as a platform for order submission and management. These Terms do not constitute an offer to sell any goods or services.

All orders submitted through the Portal are subject to confirmation by Arkema before becoming effective. Arkema reserves the right to reject any order.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Arkema does not warrant that the operation of the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Arkema may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Portal's functionality at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkema and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation of liability applies to damages arising from any information, products, or services related to or associated with the Portal, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damage to goodwill.

These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute endorsement by Arkema of such third-party websites or services. Arkema assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

9. Termination

Arkema may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Portal at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where you violate any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination, those provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall continue in effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and interpretation of these Terms, and the resolution of disputes, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where Arkema (China) Investment Co., Ltd. is located.
